As part of our Jolly Leaf Guarantee, we offer all clients who take up a paid hosting account with us a 30 day money back guarantee. Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied with the service you are being provided and you let us know within 30 days, we'll completely refund you*. To claim your refund:

  1. Login to your Jolly Leaf Dashboard.
  2. Click Support.
  3. Click Support Tickets.
  4. Click Open New Ticket.
  5. Enter the Subject as "Refund".
  6. Choose the Service from the drop down list that you would like to be refunded.
  7. In the Message field, please tell us why you are asking for a refund.
  8. Click Send.
*Domain names are non-refundable
