It can take up to 48 hours for us to process cancellation requests.
- Login to your Jolly Leaf Dashboard.
- Click Support.
- Click Support Tickets.
- Click Open New Ticket.
- Enter the Subject as "Service Cancellation".
- Choose the Service from the drop down list that you would like to cancel.
- In the Message field, please tell us why you are cancelling the account and confirm the domain name of the account you want cancelling.
- Click Send.
