Two-Factor Authentication adds an extra layer of protection to logins. Once enabled & configured, each time you sign in you will be asked to enter both your username & password as well as a second factor such as a security code. We strongly encourage you to enable Two-Factor Authentication for added security.

Step 1: Login to the Jolly Leaf Tree House. 

Step 2: Click your name in the top right and then Security Settings.

Step 3: Click Click here to enable.

Step 4: Click Get Started.

Step 5: Open a time-based authentication app, such as Google Authenticator on your smartphone, and scan the QR code. 

Step 6: Enter the code generated from your time-based authentication app and click Confirm.

Your account will now have two-factor authentication enabled. 

Ensure you copy the backup code to prevent being locked out of your account if you lose your two-factor authentication device/you do not have it when you need to login.
