I had been hosting with Hytek Hosting for some time - years in fact. I was becoming fed up with the lack of service, technical assistance, and the downtime of the hosting. Jolly Leaf approached me over social media (Twitter) to give it a whirl.
I'm quite happy I switched! I started with the USD 29/3 months plan for a basic website for my research (poorlydone.com), and was able to smoothly migrate everything over with the help of their technical support team. Overall, the migration took about an hour and everything worked smoothly.
So far so good, and I'm very happy I switched! Much more bandwidth than before, larger storage space, and much cheaper!
My previous host were a nightmare! With increasing hidden charges and a difficult get out process. I'm glad jolly leaf were there to help me out (thanks Frank) whilst I bombarded them with questions. They are cheap and the site is easy to use, and so far seems good value for money. I'm starting on the Oak plan and will see how it goes from there and think about looking at upgrades and addons in the future. Thanks jolly leaf!

With the drop in technology prices, companies that provide value hosting are 2 a-penny. It's also brilliant that it's a UK company, which makes it slightly frustrating that everything is so US-oriented.
