Jolly Leaf is closing on 5th October 2024

Dear customers, 

Jolly Leaf was established in 2015 with a mission to deliver premium web hosting services at affordable prices. After almost 10 years of fulfilling that mission, we believe it is time to close our doors.

Effective immediately, Jolly Leaf will no longer accept new customers. Your current services, including web hosting, SSL certificates, and domain names, will not be renewable after October 5th, 2024.

We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude for your loyalty over the years. It has been a pleasure serving you. We understand this news may come as a surprise, but our business model, combined with rising costs, is no longer sustainable.

What happens to my current services?

Jolly Leaf will continue to support your existing services, including web hosting, SSL certificates, and domain names, until their current renewal date expires.

You can renew your existing services until October 5th 2024, but renewals will not be possible if the new renewal date falls after October 5th 2024.

For example, if you have a domain name expiring on September 10th, 2026, we will remain your domain registrar until then, but you will not be able to renew with us. If you have a web hosting account on a monthly subscription due to renew on August 5th 2024, you can continue to renew until October 5th 2024, but not beyond that date.

What support will Jolly Leaf provide?

We are here to support your current services while they are active and to assist you with migrating to a new web host. Please raise a ticket via the Jolly Leaf Tree House to connect with our support team.

Do you recommend a new web host?

We recommend Krystal as your new web hosting partner. They have been providing the technical infrastructure for our hosting services since day one. Therefore, their features and experience will be similar to what you received from Jolly Leaf. We will not earn any commission from Krystal for customers we refer to them.
