Jolly Leaf reserves the right to alter this document at any time without giving notice.

Services and Products

Jolly Leaf will provide your ordered services and products described in the invoice in return for the sum of payment in the invoice.

Jolly Leaf reserves the right to deny its services or products to any user.

All services ordered from Jolly Leaf will begin on the date that Jolly Leaf generates the Welcome Email until the date stated on the invoice. On the renewal date your services shall renew automatically unless you have chosen for this not to happen and have taken the appropriate action to stop this from happening.


Customer's billing cycles can vary from monthly, quarter, semi-annually, annually, or bi-annually. The billing cycle is stated in the invoice. All services and products require the first payment to be made in order to be setup, activated and ready to use.

Payments to Jolly Leaf must be made in United States Dollars. The customer is entirely responsible for keeping their contact and billing details up to date, such as credit card details and billing address. Jolly Leaf reserves the right to suspend any servicing when a payment is overdue and add additional fees to invoices for the late payment.

Jolly Leaf reserves the right to alter fees of its services or products at any time.

Refunds are only issued to hosting accounts that have been active for seven days or less and will be issued in the form of account credit. Refunds are not available on domain names.

Any disputes must be reported to Jolly Leaf within thirty days.


Customers agree to abide Jolly Leaf's acceptable usage policy and other applicable laws when using Jolly Leaf's services. Customers agree to cooperate when an investigation is undertaken for any suspended service.

Customer Details

Customers agree that the details they provide about themselves (such as address, name, email address etc.) are valid and up-to-date. The customer agrees to update their details with Jolly Leaf if any of their details change.


Jolly Leaf does not offer any form of warranty or guarantee that its services will be uninterrupted, error free or totally secure.

Jolly Leaf is under no obligation to serve its services and products if something arises that will prevent these services and products from operating if the cause is out of Jolly Leaf's control. Examples of this include without limitation, failure of a portion of the power grid, failure of the Internet, natural disaster, war, riot, insurrection, epidemic, strikes or other organized labour action, terrorist activity, or other events of a magnitude.

Nor Jolly Leaf or the customer will be responsible for any loss of profits, or any damages that could have been avoided.

Suspension and Termination

Customers agree that Jolly Leaf may suspend or terminate hosting accounts without giving warning or notice in any situation. Customers agree to cooperate if any investigations are needed to be undertaken.

Requests for Customer Details

Customers agree that without notice, Jolly Leaf may fulfil the requests of information of any given user from the appropriate authorities.

Data Backups

Customers agree to keep a current copy of their contents hosted on Jolly Leaf and not to rely on Jolly Leaf to keep a current backup.

Changes to the Network

Jolly Leaf reserves the right to make alterations to its network which may affect the display of its customers' content. Any downtime caused by alterations to Jolly Leaf's network will not be claimable against Jolly Leaf's 99.9% uptime guarantee.
